Dr. David Rich joined the faculty of the History of Government at Cedarville University in 2000. Prior to that, he gained over 20 years of experience working in government, with the majority of that service as a city manager. He has a special interest in state and local government, privatization of government services, and the Christian’s role in government. Dr. Rich completed his undergraduate degree at Cedarville College, his MPA at the University of Dayton and his doctorate in public administration from Western Michigan University. Mrs. Anne Rich has taught accounting at Cedarville University for 23 years. She is faculty co-advisor for two student organizations, Women in Business and the Accounting Society. Before coming to Cedarville, she worked in public accounting and as a corporate internal auditor. She graduated from Cedarville College and earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. Dr. & Mrs. Rich will “team teach” Personal Finance. They have two grown sons and a black Labrador retriever. They enjoy bicycling, sailing, and hiking.
