We strive to make The Bible Institute as affordable for students as possible. Understanding the cost of attendance and the potential financial aid you can receive will help you determine your final cost. Word of Life does offer a payment plan for students, as well as easy online payment options.
The total cost for the 20-21 school year starts at $18,204.


2020-2021 Tuition and Fee Schedule

Tuition rate (12-16 Credits per semester): $4,882
Elective fee for each Credit above 16 each semester: $112.50
Required Program Fees Per Semester: $720

2020-2021 Room and Board Fee Schedule

Tier 1 (Standard) Room and Board (Includes all meals) per semester: $4,100
Tier 2 Room and Board (Includes all meals) per semester: $3,800
Tier 3 Room and Board (Includes all meals) per semester: $3,500

Other Fees that may be incurred include but are not limited to:

Transportation Fee to the Albany bus station, train station, or Airport for School Breaks: $25 each way or $50 each way for late requests.
Parking Pass: $25 Each Semester
Traffic Violation: $25-$150
Student ID Replacement: $10
Dorm/Room Key Replacement: $10
Student Mailbox Key Replacement: $20



Each year, hundreds of students fund their year at WOLBI through grants, scholarships and other forms of financial aid. We offer numerous scholarships to students, and as an accredited institution, you are also eligible for federal grants, scholarships and loans.


Completing your Degree

The Bible Institute is a collegiate-level program offering both one- and two-year options that focus on three core areas: study, life and ministry. Through biblical studies coursework, discipleship, community, and hands-on ministry opportunities, the Bible Institute is an immersive experience where students deepen their faith and prepare for the future, whether in a career or full-time ministry.

Word of Life welcomes international students at any and all of our global campuses. Each year, students from all over the world attend the Bible Institute, giving each campus a unique blend of culture and language. Spring Students

Can’t make it in the fall? We’ve got you covered! You can enroll to begin your Bible Institute year in the spring semester. You’ll kick off your arrival in January at our annual Missions Conference and dive in to our Snow Camp season. You will receive hands-on ministry training and opportunities through both the camp experience and the classroom.

Off-campus students

The Bible Institute isn't just for high school graduates. Even if you're a college grad, married, working in a professional career, retired or a stay-at-home parent, the Bible Institute is still open for you. Here, all ages and backgrounds are welcome to come study the Word of God and get trained for a life of impactful ministry. It's never too late to follow the Lord's call on your life!

Homeschool Students

At Word of Life, we want to make transitioning from homeschooling to the Bible Institute as simple and straightforward as possible.
Word of Life Bible Institute is a great place to start your journey. Over one-third of our students are homeschool graduates, and many of our staff and faculty homeschool their children.
