Below are several steps to help you as you’re applying to both our New York and Florida campuses.

These agreements not only support the seamless transfer of credits but also provide generous scholarships to our graduates. By starting your education at Word of Life, you can significantly reduce the overall cost of your degree—many students save between $20,000 and $60,000 through these academic and financial partnerships.

• From the beginning, Word of Life Bible Institute has been serving those who are studying abroad. Every student is cared for as an individual and there is a quality support system for transitioning to the United States as a student. Students are not left alone in the application process, visa process, and while on site; we have a team ready to serve each student.

ENROLLMENT STEPS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:
- Submit your online application including recommendations and high school transcript (a certificate of completion or diploma won't be accepted)
- Get accepted into the program and pay your $250 confirmation deposit to reserve your housing
- Fill out the General Scholarship Application to determine your financial awards
- Upload Financial Documents meeting the program's estimated expenses
- English language scores
- Obtain Document I-20 from your international advisor, so you can start the Student Visa process in your country. Without your I-20 Document you cannot request an appointment for your student visa.
- Pay SEVIS fee online for US Government and make a student visa appointment in your home country
- Attend the F-1 student visa appointment and get approved by the US Embassy
- Travel to your Word of Life Bible Institute campus for Registration Day

Eligibility: Students must complete an application first. The Financial Aid Office will review scholarship applications. Those who meet the scholarship criteria are awarded funds as they are available.
SEND US YOUR ENGLISH PROFICIENCY TEST SCORES
WOLBI asks that all students with English as their second language complete an English proficiency test. After you take one of the approved tests (see a list in the chart below), follow the instructions on the test website to send your scores to Word of Life Bible Institute. Our school code for TOEFL is 3955. Please select “Word of Life NY” whether you are attending our New York or Florida campus.
