DORM RESIDENT ASSISTANTS (DRA’S)
Students who serve as Dorm Resident Assistants (DRA’s) have the opportunity to develop skills in spiritual guidance, communication, and leadership as they prepare to serve the Lord with excellence in their lives.
Dorm Resident Assistants (DRA’s) are responsible for the leadership of their dorm area. They invest in the spiritual lives of students and take the lead in upholding biblical principles. Each Dorm RA reports to a Resident Director; this is staff member who oversees a section of men’s or women’s dorms and disciples Dorm RA’s.
SERVICE RESIDENT ASSISTANTS (SRA'S)
Students who serve as Service Resident Assistants (SRA's) have the opportunity to learn marketable skills through supervised vocational experience, preparing them for a life of maximum effectiveness for the Lord.
Service Resident Assistants (SRA's) are responsible for a selected role in one of the service assignment areas (including maintenance, food service, housekeeping, and many others). They oversee students and take the lead in upholding biblical principles
