Student Leaders Influence the Campus

Become a Student Leader

Integral to what we do in the spiritual lives of our students is our trust in the power of student leadership. We believe that our student leaders help us create a powerful spiritual climate on campus. If you are a leader we need you!

You can get started by clicking the link below and filling out the paper work. There are 2 kinds of student leaders. Resident Leaders and Service Area Leaders. Learn more about what these leaders do on campus by reading below.

Resident Assistants have authority directly in their dorm for the leadership of their dorm area. This position comes with a $1800 scholarship. Dorm RA’s work directly with a Discipleship Coordinator who oversee sections of our campus and are tasked with disciplining in a direct way our Dorm Ra’s. They also work with all the students in their section of campus.

As a dorm RA you’ll be making sure students in your dorm and on campus are following the institutional policies that are in place. You’ll be providing spiritual leadership and you’ll be tapped for other leadership roles in ministry teams and on campus. All student leaders must first be invited to leadership week for training. Service Area Resident Assitants

The Bible Institute relies on service areas in order to operate. These areas include maintenance, food service, and house keeping as well as many others. We rely on our Service Area Resident Assistant to provide leadership in service areas.
