Academics
Freshman
This week, our freshman will be exploring the topic of Creationism with Mr. Bryan Osborne from Answers in Genesis. Mr. Osbourne earned his master’s degree in Education from Lee University and has taught Bible History in a public school for 13 years. He also is a sought-after speaker with Answers in Genesis and has authored many books, including Quick Answers to Tough Questions and Quick Answers to Social Issues.
Sophomores
The sophomore class will study Ministry of the Local Church with Dr. Sean Pierce this week. Dr. Pierce started and pastored several churches throughout his time in ministry, and is currently serving as the lead pastor of River of Life church in Albany, New York. He earned his Master of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry from Golden Gate Baptist Seminary.Â

Dianne is the point of contact for any medical emergencies or illnesses that occur on campus or chronic health conditions. Korban is the point of contact for any questions concerning security. He can also be contacted for any concerns about people in your student’s life that could potentially present a safety concern as well as any events that the security team should be made aware of Korban can be reached by email or by calling (518)494-6200.

Mary is the contact person for staff and student IDs, vehicle and bicycle passes, parking tickets, and medical equipment loans. She may be reached by email or by calling (518)494-1600.
Telemedicine
As a reminder, your student has an incredible resource called Telemedicine. This is available to every student for free! Telemedicine is there 24/7 when your student is feeling ill or has any health concern. They can call a doctor and get help and insight over the phone.
